The Second All-Russian Quantum Hackathon Quant-NN Kicks Off at NNSU

The competition will bring together more than 200 developers, and the organizers have prepared 8 challenges for them.

On October 14, the II All-Russian Quantum Hackathon Quant-NN kicked off at N. I. Lobachevsky University (UNN). This year, the competition brought together more than 200 participants. The leading domestic experts in the field of quantum technologies will work on solving real quantum problems from leading research centers, industrial partners, and commercial companies.

The organizers of the hackathon have prepared eight challenges for the participants. Among them are the development of quantum algorithms for solving problems in chemistry, logistics, finance, bioinformatics, and other fields.

The winners of the Quant-NN hackathon will share a prize fund of 1 million rubles.

The competition will last three days. During this time, the participants will not only work on solving the proposed challenges but also attend lectures and master classes given by leading experts in the field of quantum computing. The winners of the hackathon will share a prize fund of 1 million rubles.

The Quant-NN hackathon is held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and ANO "Russia – Land of Opportunities".
