Mexico advanced to the final four of the Concacaf Nations League on Thursday night, defeating Honduras 3-0 in the semifinals at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
Henry Martin scored twice for Mexico, while Rogelio Funes Mori added the other goal.
Mexico will face the United States in the final on Sunday at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado.
The United States advanced to the final after defeating Costa Rica 2-0 in the other semifinal.
The Concacaf Nations League is a new tournament for national teams in the CONCACAF region.
The tournament is designed to provide more competitive matches for teams in the region and to help them prepare for the FIFA World Cup.
Mexico is the defending champion of the Concacaf Nations League, having won the inaugural tournament in 2019.
El Tri will be looking to win their second Concacaf Nations League title when they face the United States in the final on Sunday.
