Zenit announces team to play Mourinho's team, Glushenkov and Sobolev to start

St. Petersburg club Zenit is getting ready for a friendly match against Roma.

The Russian club announced the team's starting lineup, which includes experienced midfielder Igor Glushenkov and forward Alexander Sobolev. The match will take place in Dubai on November 25 at the Zabeel Stadium as part of a training camp for both teams during the break in the season caused by the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Zenit's starting lineup:

The match against Roma will be Zenit's fifth friendly match during the winter break. The team has already played against Serbian club Vojvodina (2:1), Iranian club Sepahan (0:0), Emirati club Al-Nasr (3:0), and Bosnian club Borac (0:0).

Zenit will resume its Russian Premier League campaign on March 4, 2023, with a match against Akhmat Grozny. The team is currently in first place in the league standings with 42 points from 17 matches.
