Three Volgograd hand-to-hand fighters took silver at the Russian championship

Volgograd athletes performed successfully at the Russian Hand-to-Hand Combat Championship

Volgograd athletes won three silver medals at the Russian Hand-to-Hand Combat Championship held in Ivanovo.

According to the Volgograd Regional Sports Committee, the silver medals were won by Denis Shashilov (weight category up to 75 kg), Ivan Pyshkin (weight category up to 85 kg) and Georgy Shepel (weight category over 90 kg).

A total of about 300 athletes from 50 regions of Russia took part in the championship.
