Governor Sends Ministers to Dictation Test
Russian Governor Andrei Russkih has sent all regional ministers to a dictation test as part of a campaign to improve literacy and language skills among government officials.
Dictation Test for Literacy
The dictation test will be administered by the regional education ministry and will assess the ministers' spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
Governor Russkih said he ordered the test to ensure that government officials communicate effectively and set a good example for the public.
Improve Communication, Public Perception
"I want our ministers to be able to write and speak clearly and correctly," Russkih said. "This is essential for effective communication and for building trust with the public."
The results of the dictation test will be used to develop training programs for ministers who need to improve their literacy skills.
