Rescuers Save a Roe Deer Near Kirensk, Police and Environmental Inspectors also Participated
Thanks to the coordinated actions of rescuers, the animal was saved.
On August 16, employees of the Ministry of emergency situations received a call from residents of the village of Mayak, Kirensky district, who said that a frightened roe deer was wandering around the village. Rescuers arrived at the scene and found the animal. The roe deer was exhausted and frightened. The rescuers carefully caught the animal and transported it to a safe place in the forest.
It turned out that the roe deer was a female.
She was about two years old. The animal was examined by a veterinarian and found to be in good health. After that, the roe deer was taken back to its natural habitat and released.
In the rescue operation, in addition to rescuers, employees of the police and the environmental inspectorate also took part.
They blocked the road so that the animal would not run out onto it and get injured. Thanks to the coordinated actions of all the services, it was possible to save the roe deer.
