Implementation of the overhaul program of apartment buildings in Pskov region is discussed at the press conference
On August 23, 2023, at a press conference in Pskov, the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction and Infrastructure Development Sergey Krayev, the Director of the Regional Operator of the Capital Repair Fund of the Pskov Region Alexander Khomutko and representatives of contractors answered journalists' questions on the progress of the implementation of the overhaul program in the region.Over the three years of work of the new regional operator in the region, work has been completed in 1365 apartment buildings. By the end of 2023, these figures will double. More than a thousand contracts have already been concluded with contractors for the current year for a total amount of more than 1.5 billion rubles.
Sergey Krayev told reporters about the changes that have taken place in the work on the implementation of the overhaul program over the past three years. Thus, by the decision of the Governor of the Pskov Region Mikhail Vedernikov, since 2020 the financing of the program has increased significantly.
Alexander Khomutko shared with the journalists the successes achieved by the regional operator. Thus, for the high results of work, the Fund became the winner of the All-Russian competition and entered the top three established management companies among 85 participants in the North-West Federal District. The organization also took part in organizing the federal conference of overhaul operators on the island of Valaam.
The press conference participants also discussed problematic issues arising during the implementation of the overhaul program. These include the timing of the development of project documentation, the increase in the cost of materials and the need to replace contractors in a number of houses due to the unsatisfactory performance of their obligations.
