More Than 250 Migrants Checked in the Amur Region, Three Await Deportation

Border guards of the Amur Region checked more than 250 migrants in 2023. As a result of the inspection, three foreign citizens were detained, and an administrative case was initiated against them. The court ruled to deport the violators from the Russian Federation.
Administrative proceedings initiated
During the inspection, it turned out that one foreigner violated the rules of stay in the Russian Federation, two - the rules of entry into the Russian Federation. In total, administrative proceedings were initiated against 48 violators.
More than 450 violators identified in 2022
In 2022, border guards of the Amur Region identified more than 450 violators of migration legislation. At the same time, 58 foreign citizens were deported from the territory of the Russian Federation. Border guards continue to carry out work on the prevention and suppression of illegal migration.
