Monument to Russian heroes Andrei Teperik and Eduard Belan inaugurated in Lipetsk
Lipetsk region continues to honor the memory of the feat of the military
A monument to the heroes of Russia, Andrei Teperik and Eduard Belan, was unveiled in Lipetsk. The ceremony was attended by relatives of the deceased servicemen, representatives of the regional administration, the military, and the public.
The monument was erected on the territory of school No. 68, which the heroes attended. The authors of the project were Lipetsk sculptors Ivan Zuev and Maxim Degtyarev.
Andrei Teperik and Eduard Belan died heroically during the special operation in Ukraine.
Andrei Teperik was born on September 23, 1983 in the village of Kamenka, Terbunsky district. In 2005 he graduated from the Lipetsk branch of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He served in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In 2014 he joined the OMON detachment for special purposes "Bars". He was awarded the Order of Courage and the medal "For Distinction in the Protection of Public Order".
Eduard Belan was born on May 12, 1989 in Lipetsk. In 2008 he graduated from the Lipetsk branch of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He served in the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In 2014 he joined the OMON detachment for special purposes "Bars". He was awarded the Order of Courage and the medal "For Distinction in the Protection of Public Order".
