Bryansk region joins the project "Russian Winter" on Blue Tit Day

On February 17, Bryansk region joined the project "Russian Winter". The start was given from the Central city park named after 1000 anniversary of Bryansk, where festive events were held for residents and guests of the city.
The guests of the holiday were greeted by the head of the city administration Alexander Makarov and the chairman of the Bryansk regional Duma Valentina Mikhailova. They congratulated the residents on the holiday and wished them a good mood and vivid impressions.
The program of the holiday was very насыщенная: master classes, interactive games, sports competitions, animation and much more. Guests could take part in traditional Russian winter fun: sledding and ice skating. There were also many photo zones where you could take memorable pictures.
The project "Russian Winter" is implemented by the ANO "Agency for Strategic Initiatives for Promotion of New Projects" with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
The main goal of the project is to preserve and popularize Russian winter traditions and folk crafts. Within the framework of the project, various events are held throughout the country: festivals, competitions, exhibitions, master classes and much more.
Bryansk region is participating in the project "Russian Winter" for the first time. The region prepared a rich program of events for residents and guests: exhibitions of decorative and applied arts, concerts of folk groups, theatrical performances, sports competitions and much more.
The project "Russian Winter" will run until the end of March. During this time, more than 100 events will be held in the Bryansk region.
