Anadyr on the Chukotka put Energetikov Street into operation

Infrastructure facilities of a new microdistrict

On October 11, 2023, in Anadyr, the capital of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, a new street in the Gorodok microdistrict was put into operation. It was named Energetikov Street. Social and industrial infrastructure facilities are located here.

New facilities

The street has a local heating boiler house, a kindergarten for 140 children, a school for 408 students, a sports ground and a medical and diagnostic center, a shopping center, as well as 5 apartment buildings, where 312 apartments with a total area of 17.4 thousand square meters have been built.

The total area of the facilities put into operation on Energetikov Street is more than 34 thousand square meters. All the facilities are provided with the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure.

The construction of the street and facilities was carried out under the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" and the regional project "Housing for the Russian Family". More than 2.1 billion rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets for the implementation of these projects.

Energetikov street

The new street was built in the north-eastern part of Anadyr, in the Gorodok microdistrict.

The length of the street is about 600 meters. It is a 4-lane road with sidewalks, street lighting, bus stops and parking lots.

The street got its name in honor of energy workers who made a significant contribution to the development of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.

Energetikov Street is the most important infrastructure facility in the Gorodok microdistrict. It will provide residents with comfortable living conditions and access to social and industrial infrastructure.
