During a special operation near Bakhmut, a resident of the Astrakhan region, 27-year-old Artur Timerkhanov, died while performing a combat mission. The serviceman was mobilized in October 2022 and was a member of the Wagner PMC. According to some sources, Timerkhanov covered his comrades from a grenade explosion and died in hospital from his wounds.
