The Heroes

Teperik served in the Airborne Forces and was part of the elite Alpha Group. He was deployed to Syria in 2017 and was killed in action on February 23, 2018.
Eduard Belan was born in 1992 in the city of Lipetsk. He graduated from the Lipetsk State Technical University and joined the Russian Armed Forces in 2014. Belan served in the Ground Forces and was part of the 76th Guards Air Assault Division. He was deployed to Syria in 2016 and was killed in action on March 23, 2017.
Teperik and Belan were both awarded the Hero of the Russian Federation posthumously. They are remembered as heroes who died in the defense of their country.
